Everything you need before you start.
No. IncoVoid provides financial estimates based on your state's statutes and standard formulas. It is an educational tool designed to help you understand your situation before meeting with a licensed attorney — not a substitute for legal advice.
These are formula-based estimates calculated using your state's publicly available statutory guidelines — the same formulas family law attorneys use as a starting point. They are not predictions of what a court will order. Actual outcomes depend on judicial discretion, your spouse's full financial disclosure, negotiated agreements, and factors not captured in this assessment. Figures may differ significantly. Treat your report as an informed starting point for attorney conversations — not a final figure. Every report includes a full disclaimer and attorney review checklist for this reason.
Only you. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your information with third parties, advertisers, or attorneys. You own your data and can delete it at any time.
Currently 10 US states: California, Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and North Carolina — covering roughly 60% of all US divorce filings. More states are being added. Email maxwell@incovoid.com to be notified when your state is added.
That's common. Every field that concerns your spouse has an "I'm estimating" toggle that lets you enter a range. We run the calculations at low, mid, and high estimates so you can see the range of possible outcomes.
Your dashboard gives you lifetime access to your report. If your situation changes, contact us at maxwell@incovoid.com and we can discuss options.
