Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
IncoVoid is committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized settlement clarity report. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
2. Digital Product Policy
Because IncoVoid generates a personalized PDF report using the specific information you provide, each report is unique to you and cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, all sales are final once your report has been generated and made available for download.
3. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund if:
- ✓Your report was never generated due to a technical error on our end
- ✓You were charged but never received access to your report and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- ✓You were charged twice for the same report (duplicate charge)
We will not issue a refund if:
- ✗Your report has been generated and made available for download
- ✗You changed your mind after the report was delivered
- ✗The report contains estimates that differ from your actual settlement outcome — all figures are estimates (see disclaimer)
- ✗You provided inaccurate information during the assessment
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email maxwell@incovoid.com with:
- ·Your full name
- ·The email address used to register your account
- ·Your report number (format: INC-2026-XXXXX) if available
- ·A brief description of the issue
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
