1. Description of Service

IncoVoid provides a guided financial assessment and generates a personalized PDF report (“Settlement Clarity Report”) based on the information you provide. The report contains estimates for property division, spousal support, child support, and related financial matters relevant to divorce proceedings in the United States.

2. Not Legal Advice

IncoVoid is not a law firm. Nothing in your report, on this website, or in any communication from IncoVoid constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed family law attorney or certified divorce financial analyst.

All figures in your report are estimates based on publicly available statutory formulas and the information you provided. Actual outcomes in divorce proceedings depend on judicial discretion, negotiation, local court practices, and factors not captured in this assessment. Results may differ significantly from the estimates in your report.

You must consult a licensed family law attorney in your state before making any decisions based on your IncoVoid report.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use IncoVoid. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at maxwell@incovoid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment and Pricing

The current price for a Settlement Clarity Report is $299.00 USD, charged as a one-time payment. Prices are subject to change without notice for new purchases.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.

6. Refund Policy

See our full Refund Policy at incovoid.com/refunds. Summary: all sales are final once your report has been generated. Refunds are available only in specific circumstances described in that policy (technical failure, duplicate charge, or non-delivery).

7. Accuracy of Information

Your report is only as accurate as the information you provide. IncoVoid is not responsible for errors in your report caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you submitted during the assessment. You represent that all information you provide is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

8. Intellectual Property

Your report is generated for your personal use only. You may share it with your attorney or financial advisor. You may not resell, distribute, or publish your report or any portion of it without written permission from IncoVoid. All IncoVoid software, content, formulas, and methodology are the intellectual property of IncoVoid and may not be copied or reproduced.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IncoVoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on your report. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your report.

IncoVoid expressly disclaims all liability for decisions made in reliance on the estimates contained in your report. You acknowledge that divorce proceedings involve judicial discretion and that no estimate or formula can predict an actual court outcome.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of IncoVoid is also governed by our Privacy Policy at incovoid.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service for any unlawful purpose. You may delete your account at any time by emailing maxwell@incovoid.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of IncoVoid after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under AAA rules.
